Shorelight is pleased to announce the appointment of Logan Powell as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Powell will lead the company’s financial strategy as Shorelight continues to expand its global footprint and diversify its portfolio of student opportunities.
Powell brings significant operating and financial experience, along with a proven track record of helping organizations scale both organically and through acquisition. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and previously Global Chief Financial Officer of Puttshack. He also serves as Executive Sponsor at Palingenix Equity and previously was a partner at Copper Beech Capital. Throughout his career, Powell has led strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and financial operations across high-growth organizations.

Powell officially joined Shorelight in July and is based in Nashville, while serving from Shorelight’s Boston headquarters and working closely with teams across the company’s global operations.
