There are 30 engineering laboratories including Civil Engineering labs, a green engineering lab, and the new Biomedical Hospital Suite, which simulates a medical environment.
The Center for Sciences and Pharmacy takes classroom learning and research to a new level for students in pre-pharmacy, the sciences, and psychology. Western New England University has a range of high-tech multimedia facilities and 19 STEM laboratories with cutting-edge technology that enables students to explore advanced fields from behavioral analysis to neuroscience and beyond.
The Cohen Trading Room & Financial Center is a fully stocked trading room that gives you access to Morningstar Direct, which provides detailed and historical financial information about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and commodities. You’ll also learn to use real-time stock tickers and data boards that provide important financial information.
Makerspace & Innovation Jam teaches entrepreneurial skills to students in a real-world business incubator. Western Mass Innovation Jam, a 72-hour learning-by-doing campus workshop, is offered to students annually.
Kern Entrepreneurial Network (KEEN), in partnership with Western New England University, supports students in realizing their entrepreneurial aspirations via collaboration with investors and industry specialists.
